  • I will pick up race materials during packet pickup event on Friday, September 27th from 3-7pm or Saturday, September 28th from 8-11am at Prodigy Fitness in Pleasanton, CA

This agreement contains the entire understanding between GSWW (Girls Soccer Worldwide), BUSC (Ballistic United Soccer Club), and I (the undersigned parent/guardian of the minor participant).
